After my team ride I was surprised with all prepared food that my mom got. It was perfect! Trout with spinach and some caprese salad from Trattoria Fresca in Ross (on top of brown rice from home), along with Woodlands Fattoush Salad (now available at Eddies), and finally a green bean and sweet potato side dish.
For dessert, a yogurt parfait made from Strauss 1% Plain yogurt,
Swiss Muesli, and a little extra dried cranberries and crystalized ginger.
