Breakfast: same as yesterday except soy milk, blueberries, almonds and a bit of crystalized Ginger (and no lemon in my blue tea now that my sore throat is gone :)).
Lunch: whole grain loaf bread with pastrami turkey, aroma tomato, avocado and hummus. Along with a romaine lettuce, avocado, tomato, balsamic
Vinegar and olive oil.
And a banana!
