Persimmon and FroYo Day

Hit up the Persimmons almost all day today! Also went to Gathering Thyme to restock on some herbs and spices.  Pretty excited about it.
 Raita Inspired Salad
Made my yogurt mix to use as a salad dressing for a cabbage, tomato, avocado, cucumber salad, except with some garam masala as well this time which is amazing!
-Greek nonfat yogurt
-Lemon
-Garam Masala, Cumin, Turmeric
-Fine Chopped Cucumber and Cilantro
A recipe for once? No not really...
 Saw a recipe for Persimmon Cous Cous and decided to make my own variation with rice. Delicious.
-Chopped Persimmon
-Germinated Brown Rice
-Fennel and Onion
-Almonds
-Thyme, Fennel Seed Powder and Parsley
-Chicken Broth
-Salt to taste
 Wanted a Monster Salad for lunch
Too many ingredients! not really though...
-Tomato,
-Avocado
-Sunchokes
-Romaine Lettuce
-Hummus
-Apple Cider vinegar and olive oil
-Purple Onion
-Tofu
-Shredded Carrot
-Pistachios

Recovery FroYo Bowl
Frozen banana and raspberries, fluid recovery powder, soymilk, dates, cinnamon, and galaxy granola. Awesome.

Persimmons are too good if I haven't gotten that across already.  5 Grain cereal cooked with cinnamon and banana, topped with soymilk, almond butter, blueberries, and persimmon.
