Just going to show you dinner today. breakfast was soymilk, bob's redmill 7 grain hot cereal with apples cooked in and raspberries/pistachios added after, and some mint/stevia tea. lunch was dinner leftovers from last night->chicken, greens salad, peas/shallots/mint, butternut squash, and garlic spinach, with some hummus.
My mom made halibut with some ginger powder and garlic/lemon. I cooked up some squash on top of a bed of fennel. Greens salad with some avocado. Brown rice with soy sauce to go with the fish
