Blue Moon Foods, Sun Dried Tomato Farro, and Randoms

Another trip to Tahoe for the Race 4 Tara at Northstar this weekend so only relatively awesome tasty food in this post.
Friday Breakfast
-7 grain hot cereal cooked with vanilla and apple
-Added a pear, soymilk
-Black lychee tea with stevia
Car lunch:
-Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad
-Two whole wheat wraps with herb chicken, hummus, black or garbanzo beans, and rice or quinoa
Truckee Dinner from the super awesome Blue Moon Natural Foods Store by the DMV!
-Coconut juice with pulp
-Shogun Salad (see picture)
-Sushi with citrus sauce (mango basil carrot cucumber avocado), most different and amazing sushi!

Sat Breakfast:
-Same left over hot cereal
-Added blueberries and almond butter

Sunday Lunch from Blue Moon again:
-Orzo Salad with balsamic vinaigrette, mint, onion, feta, and more
-Larry's Red Rooibos Chai Tea
-Cranberry heart shaped cookies

Finally home for dinner on sunday:
-Farro (wheat berries) with sundried tomato
-Swordfish with lemon and spices
-Zucchini, onion, and mushrooms sauteed in a wok with balsamic vinegar and olive oil
-Kale sauteed in olive oil


I then bottled my second batch of kombucha! You'll see the epic blueberry pomegranate flavored drinks later this week. Here's a shot of the new batch:
