Recovery Banana Nut Smoothie
Soymilk
Banana
Dates
Pecans, Almonds, and Flax Meal
7 Grain Oatmeal
Cooked with strawberries
Add flax seed/almonds/soymilk
Dinner (Tuesday)
After lunch on Tuesday I felt the need to eat cleaner for a few days because I felt a little crappy. No more meat, most fruit (especially acidic), little wheat, no tomatoes, and less overall. So far has worked great!
-Quinoa
-Roasted Carrots
-Celery + hummus
-Salad
Tuesday Lunch
-Chicken lemon apple cider vinaigrette salad
-Wrap of avocado, chicken, brown rice, salsa
-Strawberry 7 grain oatmeal
-Almond butter
-Banana
Monday Dinner (I did not eat all of this don't worry)
-Beans, brown rice, tomato, salsa, hummus, squash burrito
-Rock N Roll Sushi (eel I think/brown rice)
-Vegetarian Sushi (brown rice)
-Salad
Monday Lunch
-Celery and almond butter
-Left over Dinner (farro, sundried tomato, kale, mushrooms, onion)
Monday Breakfast
-7 Grain Oatmeal
-Banana
-Pistachios and almonds
-Plain yogurt
