Breakfast:
-Green Tea
-Bob's 7 grain hot cereal cooked with an apple/vanilla extract, added almond butter and nectarine (the simplicity of no yogurt or soy milk is an awesome change, and no spices, just vanilla)
Lunch:
Dinner Lefty's/Wrap
-Salad, rice, and beats from dinner
-Black Beans
-Whole Wheat Tortilla
-Hummus, avocado, and salsa
Dinner:
Super good dinner. very pleased. credit goes to my mom b/c I had no time (although I gave her all the instructions!)
-Baked sweet potato
-Quinoa with garbanzo beans and hummus
-Salad with Apple Cider Vinaigrette and Avocado
-Mushrooms and onions sauteed in olive oil and balsamic vinegar (tasted like cooked in wine!)
