Gourmet Day

Dinner!
Courtesy of Mom (ordered by me)
-Sauteed onions/mushrooms
-Brown rice with flax seed and almonds
-Chicken cooked with spices, cilantro, carrots and fennel (added some hummus)

Snack
Lunch was leftovers from the lentil soup dinner but after school was:
-Iceberg Lettuce
-Tomatoes
-Lemon juice, olive oil, garlic salt, and tarragon dressing
-Garbanzo Beans

Breakfast
-Green Tea with Red Ginseng
-New batch of extra thick oatmeal cooked with bananas and nut meg
-Banana Maple Nut theme with Pecans/Almonds/Maple Syrup (epic!)
-One Egg white cooked in olive oil with sea salt and fennel powder (picture wouldn't do the taste justice)
