Successful New Combinations

Tried and succeeded at making my own Greek Salad for dinner with many missing ingredients (hummus, olives, etc)!
 Spinach Pita bread from the farmers' market to accompany mixed greens, onion, aroma tomatos, cucumber, avocado, and tabouli.  Dressed with lemon juice, olive oil, and cilantro.  Also tried out a little Greek yogurt, lemon, parsley, cumin, dill weed, and cilantro mix.  It turned out awesome!

It turned out to be more like frozen yogurt...mmmm.  Strawberry, Raspberry, Banana, a tiny bit of soymilk, vanilla hemp protein powder, and some cinnamon and vanilla extract. 
Many leftovers Lunch
Black beans and onion, garlic sauteed rainbow chard, spaghetti squash with basil and balsamic, roasted pineapple, and sweet potato.

Not Oatmeal!
Made Swiss Muesli as directed on the box.  Mixed muesli with yogurt, fresh cut strawberries, lemon juice, and honey and let it sit in the fridge for an hour. I then topped it with pecans, sooo goood!
