It's Been a Damn Delicious Three Days

What happens when I wait too long to post! Super Mega Times like this.
Veggie Attack
Had lots of veggies in the fridge to use. I'm a big fan of being a veggie monster.
-Ginger Garlic Sesame Soy Tofu Stir Fry of Broccoli, Carrot, Mushrooms, Green Onion
     -Sauteed in a Wok with garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, ginger, ginger powder
-Raita mix and Spinach Pita left over from last night (scroll down)
-Orange Vinaigrette Salad of ice berg lettuce, sunchokes, cucumber, and purple onion
   -Olive Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, Orange/Lemon Juice, Green Onion, Dill Weed Dressing

AB and J + Dinner Leftovers
Almond Butter and Blueberry Jam on Wheat
Romaine Lettuce, Avocado, Shredded Carrot, Aroma Tomato, Roasted Carrots, and Balsamic Dressing

Dialed Homebrew Peach Grape Kombucha

I am a master of Muesli!
So satisfied with my creation. I just want to buy oat flakes and Brazil Nuts.

5 Grain Cereal
5 Grain Cereal cooked with banana, cloves, and vanilla.  Topped with banana, dried cherries, almonds, and soymilk. Vanilla Cloves Theme for the win!

Cafe Del Soul after a long day of Road Riding and the SF Bike Expo
 -Absolutely Perfect Smoothie (blueberries, raspberries, yogurt, almond milk, dates, almonds)
-Chipotle Sun Goddess Wrap w/ shredded carrot instead of cheddar cheese (brown rice, tofu, chipotle dressing, avocado, tomato, onion)
Quick Lunch Post Road Ride
Turkey, hummus, chives on Wheat
Mixed Greens, Tomato, Avocado, Balsamic

Banana Maple Nut Theme is too Classic
Extra Thick Oats cooked with banana, fresh ground nutmeg. Topped with Pecans, remaining Banana, and Maple Syrup!
