All of my meals were excellent today, but breakfast was the greatest success!
Making use of what needed consumption in the fridge. namely 3 bean soup, turkey, avocado and mixed greens. highlights were eating Jerusalem Sunchokes for the first time (so crunchy and so good, and easy to prepare, google it!) and spicing it up with turmeric and cumin. Chives were quite flavorful as well.
-Whole wheat tortilla wraps of pastrami turkey, hummus, mixed greens, avocado, chives, sunchokes
-3 Bean Lentil Soup w/ avocado
Dinner Specialty Leftovers + Tortilla
Dinner left overs are clearly the key to gourmet lunches.
-Chicken Tagine (chicken mushroom onion garlic almond) in a wrap
-Broccoli and hummus
-Salad with Asian Sesame Dressing
I am satisfied with my own muesli creation. It is exploding with flavor and deliciousness
-1/2 cup thick oats
-1/4 cup (or a little less) oat bran
-almonds and hazelnuts
-peeled, grated apple (key)
-lemon (key), honey, soy yogurt, and blueberries
-CINNAMON (also key)
