Big Weekend: Epic Smoothies and So Much More

Starting with Friday: Not much time this morning. Galaxy granola, soymilk, and blueberries to go (AP ECON Breaky sesh).


Bomb blueberry pomegranate kombucha to get me through boring government class!  Successfully home brewed.
Dinner was quite epic:
 - Post ride smoothie of dates, frozen strawberries, banana, blueberry juice, and ginger powder
- Halibut with cilantro, ginger, other spices, and lemon, over brown rice
 - Mustard balsamic vinaigrette salad, mushrooms and beets
On to Saturday:
Got the time to make a nice oatmeal before Saturday dirt ride of 3.5 hours and 6000 feet of climbing.
-Cooked in cinnamon, nutmeg, apple, strawberries, and added almond butter, craisins, and blueberries
Super recovery session:
 -smoothie made with honest tea (frozen blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, banana, ginger powder, and a date)
-the last super oatmeal cookie from before!
A nice lunch of:
- the new not yet released Honest Tea (Passion Fruit Green Tea with Maqui Berry, with no sugar added-sweetened with Stevia)
- a turkey sando with avocado and iceberg lettuce on whole wheat sourdough
-left over beets, mushrooms
- salad, used some beet-juice/balsamic vinegar/olive oil to add some flavor 

Another epic fresh oatmeal breakfast with decaf black peach tea:
-cooked in blackberries, strawberries, banana w/ nutmeg, cloves, cinammon
-added plain yogurt, blueberries, almonds,

3.5 hours and 70 mi on the road = recovery smoothie:
-Honest Ade
-Berry Fluid Recovery
-Frozen strawberries, raspberries, orange, almonds, and a date
Making Oatmeal dried cranberry and not-dry raspberries on top cookies with Madison Livingston! Nice break from hw and college apps.  Same as last time, but tweaking the recipe to perfection. Almost there.
Dinner:
-Lentil Soup with extra carrots cooked in
-Iceberg lettuce/Cherry Tomatoes Baslamic Vinaigrette Salad
-Baked Sweet Potato
-Sauteed squash spiced with fennel seed powder and carraway seeds
