Dinner (Monday)
-Chicken oven cooked with olive oil and spices
-Toasted Whole Wheat Loaf with Avocado and olive oil
-Oven roasted carrots with olive oil
-Salad with Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil
-Bob's Extra Thick Oats cooked with vanilla/cinnamon/nutmeg and an apple
-Added a few grapes, raspberries, pistachios, almonds, honey and yogurt
Dinner (Tuesday)
-Halibut cooked in olive oil with spices and pizzaiola sauce
-Boiled broccoli
-Yellow squash cooked sauteed in olive oil with ginger powder
-Brown rice with almonds
-Salad with plenty of tomatoes and Balsamic Vinaigrette
