Finished Leftovers. Seriously this Time

 Congee!
I got inspired by a recipe I found for something called Congee and decided to go for it, using up the turkey stock broth I made and to go with the last of the actual turkey.  It is basically a onion-y ginger-y soup that is cooked down to a creamy, thick porridge with rice and vegetables.  Mine had tons of flavor from plenty of herbs.
