Salmon and Epic Vegetables!
Went with some steamed vegetables, some roasted, and some sautéed with some nice Salmon and tons of herbs and flavor all around. So nutritious, so flavorful, and great texture on everything, from the tender fish to roasted sweet potato to soft carrots and broccoli. #1 Salmon sauteed in a pan for 5 minutes on each side is too easy and too tasty!-Salmon and Asparagus browned and cooked in Lemon, Olive Oil, Garlic, Veggie Broth, Granulated Onion and Garlic, topped with Sea Salt and Lemon Pepper
-Steamed Rosemary Carrots and Steamed Broccoli
-Oven Roasted Sweet Potato and some Avocado
Two Yummy Lunches
Both mainly consisting of rice, salad, and a meat, both very healthy, both full of flavor, and both totally different. #2 Basically Sandwich and Salad with Brown rice instead of the Bread. Easier on the digestion and better lighter source of fuel. One Mediterranean and one Wasabi Dijon (Western? not possible).Part One
-Brown Rice, Spinach, Tomato, Chicken, Avocado, Cucumber, Basil
-Wasabi Dijon Mustard, Balsamic, Olive Oil
Part Two
-Brown Rice, Spinach, Tomato, Chicken, Avocado, Cucumber, Basil
-Lemon, Olive Oil, Hummus, Olives
Great Success!
This was unexpected. Everything worked in harmony as one. Perfection. The flavors all went together. The liquid ingredients brought the vanilla, sweet and creaminess factor, and the spice and flavor from the hard ingredients as well as crunchy yet mushy texture brought it home. the color is a mix of carrot-hemp-almond milk. #3 I think the sweetness of the carrot juice really added something new.
-Oats cooked with Apple, Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg
-Dried Cherries, Almonds
-Carrot Juice, Almond Milk, Vanilla Hemp Protein Powder
