Early in the AM. My first bottle of homemade kombucha! Haven't had it since the recall at the beginning of summer. It's good to have it back. I plan on tweaking it and adding some blueberry pomegranate juice to make it even better. Also had the usual oatmeal with soy yogurt, almonds, raspberries, and blueberries.

Got home at 10 and had salmon my mom made with fresh cooked beets mixed into left over balsamic vinaigrette salad. Not bad for 30 seconds before bed.
