Meat is for Losers

Expected my meals to be bland today based on the ingredients I thought were available, but they all turned out epic! Spices help way too much
Mexi Veggie Wrap as the Main
-Wheat tortilla burrito, avocado, tomato, brown rice, black beans w/ granulated onion, salsa
-Oven roasted carrots with olive oil/rosemary (DELICIOUS) and some hummus
-Woodlands Greek Salad
 -Asparagus Mushroom Stir Fry (olive oil, chicken broth, curry powder, turmeric in a Wok)
Shredded Carrot and spices for the Win
Brown rice lentil medley mix, added tofu and spiced with turmeric and cumin
Mixed greens salad with tomato and shredded carrot
Balsamic Vinaigrette with Basil

Muesli from Scratch Attempt #1
Went with 1/2 cup thick rolled oats, 1/3 cup oat bran, some almonds, hazelnuts, and dried cranberries.  Pretty damn succesful, but would like to add in some oat flakes.  Enjoyed with lemon, honey, and plain nonfat yogurt.  Might add some wheat flakes and barley, or grate some apple.  I also keep forgetting to add cinnamon!
