Mountain Nectar and More Squaw Musts

finally home: Mega Salad and Garlic Butternut Squash
Busted out the leftover butternut squash from before with a massive salad with Garbanzos.  Simple baslamic and olive oil dressing, key ingredients are tomato, cucumber, and avocado.  Ended up mixing with the squash and it was prime.
The last must get at Squaw: Chamois.  although it's mostly greasy pizza and sandwiches, they have good pasta and salads and it's just too classic (mainly youth memory of Squaw Team).  I went with the chicken salad with italian dressing.
The Last Breakfast: Carrot Cake Smoothie
This tops off the rest of the smoothies for sure! It actually tasted like carrot cake, which I wasn't fully expecting.  Topped with some of my Galaxy Granola and dried cranberries made it a delicious breakfast.  Definitely attempting to recreate at home!
Carrot Cake smoothie: Carrot Juice, Soymilk, Banana, Mango,  Pecans, Dates, Cinnamon
Mamasake!
Another must have at Squaw, sushi from Mamasake in the village. I had the Sunomono salad, Ahi tuna nigiri, and Snow Pro Roll. check em' out on the menu. #2 Always get the sunomono salad at Japanese restaurants, it's a cucumber sesame vinegar party! Anything with yuzu is really good also (my inspiration for the Snow Pro Roll).
Mountain Nectar Round Two
Had to go back for lunch! Customized Breakfast Burrito and a MacDaddy Smoothie! It was even better than the one from breakfast. So much food to fuel so much shredding. #2 Smoothies are way better with nuts, fruits, different milks, and or dates.
-Rice milk, Coconut Flakes, Coconut Juice, Macadamia Nuts, Banana, Mango, Dates
-3 Eggs, Turkey, Spinach, Avocado, Mushroom, Salsa
Another Muffin and an Acai Throwback
Used to get the Acai Power Smoothie from Mountain Nectar at Squaw all the time, had to do it for old time's sake.  Accompanied by another Apple Oat Bran Muffin.  The smoothie is a nice combo of strawberry, banana, and acai berry! #3 Probably going to start stocking my freezer with Acai to make some Acai bowls and smoothies.
