Waffles 2.0, Mediterranean Sando Lunch and Tilapia Dinner

I had to make dinner at the last minute and was starving so went with something quick. A couple ingredients thrown together and less than 10 minutes of saute-ing!
 Tilapia Kale as a Salad
Tilapia Kale as a Wrap
Made a nice Tilapia Saute and some Kale too, enjoyed partial wrap and partial salad.  Lemon-thyme-pepper for days! And more hummus and tabouli of course. #1 A little lemon and liberal amounts of lemon pepper, thyme, and parsley go a long way.
-Tilapia cooked in chicken broth, olive oil, parsley, lemon, lemon pepper
-Kale cooked in veggie broth, thyme, olive oil, lemon pepper
-Wheat wrap, cucumber/avo/tomato, little brown rice
-Hummus and Tabouli
 Sando-Salad and Mint Tea
A Mediterranean themed Pastrami Turkey sandwich and salad. Hummus, Olives, Tabouli, and Lemon make my taste buds happy.  #2 Tabouli from the deli section is good. Simple.
-Pastrami Turkey, Wheat loaf, Garlic Hummus, Tabouli, Olives
-Mixed Greens, Beets, Tomato, Cucumber, Olives
-Olive Oil, Lemon, Garlic Hummus, Tabouli
Raspberry Oat Waffles!
In the mood for waffles this morning! With a Maple Raspberry Nut theme.  These are flavorful healthy waffles that make you feel great.  #3 I mixed raspberries into the batter before cooking (you just can't see them in the photo) and they made the waffles taste amazing, Next time i'm going add syrup in as well.  Inspired by this recipe with the following changes:
-Extra thick rolled oats
-Raspberries cooked in
-Yogurt for buttermilk
-Soymilk for milk
-Added Cinnamon
-Topped with more raspberries, banana, maple syrup, pecans, and cinnamon
