Used some Farmer's Market Veggies and Curry Sauce to make this delicious meal. Cooked the veggies with Thyme, Dill Weed, Vegetable Broth, and Olive Oil, and then threw it all together with the grains/legumes and Curry Sauce for a nice rice dish. Spicy (#1 turmeric)!

Sort of Christmas?Once again, Hemp Protein Powder turned my oatmeal a little green, but with all the red you could have an xmas flashback? Probably not. Getting back into the groove of cooking oatmeal. Definitely worth the 'time' (one serving really takes very little). #3 It is also worth cooking half of your fruit in and enjoying the rest on top!
