Some Basics: Curry, Salad, Muesli Tricks

Little Lazy and too Many Ingredients to Choose From
Just went with what was going to go bad in the fridge and it ended up a decent dinner for sure. Lemon-Balsamic-Basil were the dominant flavors in this meal. #1 Also killed off some carrots, celery, and a beet in the juicer!
-Mixed Greens, Basil, Tofu, Purple Onion
-Toasted Sunflower Seed Wheat Bread w/ Olive Oil
-Herb Turkey
-Hummus, Olive Oil. Balsamic, Lemon
-Carrot, Beet, Celery Juice w/ Lemon
Curry Chicken Sweet Potato Carrot Beet and Cucumber Salad
In case I didn't get enough Thai Curry last night, I used some of the #2 Curry Sauce from the Farmer's Market along with some leftovers from the fridge to make an awesome lunch.
-Curry over Chicken, Sweet Potato and aforementioned Vegetables
-Cucumber, Carrot, Purple Onion, Vinegar Dressing
Muesli
Some of my Muesli WITH HOMEMADE YOGURT. Yes that is what that was. Super tart and so easy to make! Way cheaper to just buy milk and slightly better.  #3 Oh yeah, watch out when adding peppermint oil to your cereal, a little goes a LONG way.
-Muesli (Oats, Oat Bran, Rye Flakes, Flax Meal, Almonds, Hazelnuts, Cinnamon, Dried Cranberries)
-Yogurt, Lemon, Peppermint Oil
-Strawberries
