Healthy Oreo Milkshake, Better Japanese Stir Fry, Farmer's Market Special

 Mega Japanese Stir Fry
Made my Sesame-Soy-Ginger stir fry again, but this time better. Two kinds of Seaweed (dried=Nori and raw=Mozuku), Quinoa, and purple onion made it so good!  Tempeh is growing on me as well. Don't hold back on the Sesame Seeds and Almonds, and having it with a grain is way better too.
-Carrot, Broccoli, Purple Onion
-Mozuku, Nori
-Soy-Rice Tempeh, Quinoa
-Minced ginger, ginger powder, Sesame Oil, Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Sesame Seeds
Leftover Herb Chicken + Balsamic Basil Quinoa
I love Basil so much, especially combined with Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil. You can't go wrong. Turned some leftovers into a new Basil Chicken Balsamico!
-Herb Chicken, Quinoa
-Mixed Greens, Basil, Carrot Saute
-Balsamic and Olive Oil
 Dijon Chicken-Rice-Salad Medley
Got a bunch of good ingredients together and covered it all with my recently discovered Wasabi Dijon Lemon Dressing! Partially a salad, partially in a Pita!
-Wasabi Dijon Mustard, Lemon, Olive Oil
-Herb Chicken Breast sliced, Brown Rice
-Tomato, Avocado, Cucumber, Mixed Greens, Purple Onion
-Salt n' Peppa and a Wheat Pita
 Dinner Leftovers
Just the same as dinner, it just looked nice for a lunch at school so I felt like showing it. Added Almonds.
Beans and Rice = Too Easy
Heat up some canned Lentils with French  Tarragon and a Bay Leaf and sauté some carrots and Rainbow Chard with Thyme and Olive Oil and you've got yourself a meal!  Accompanied by Avocado, Green Onion, Salt n' Peppa.
Farmer's Market (near the Radio Shack)
A cute little old Lebanese woman was really nice at Town Center and had some delicious food! A mere $5 for this delicious Falafel Sandwich. The Purple Cabbage, Super Garlic Salsa like topping, and Hummus were all amazing! I shall return for sure
