Simple and Solid with Some Tricks

Quick post today, nothing super special, just some basic but well executed meals!
 Beans N' Rice Done Right
this meal is too easy. #1 Canned black beans transform when you prep 'em the right way. Just heat with olive oil, granulated onion/garlic, an onion, garlic, and olives and you've got as good as Sol Food. Enjoy with all the other right ingredients and your feasting!
-BURRITO: Whole Wheat Tortilla, Beans (see aforementioned mix), Brown Rice
    -tomato, avo, salsa
-Mixed Greens w/ all the same toppings as the burrito + olive oil and rice wine vinegar
Threw this together quickly, just a wrap and salad.  Filling, extra healthy and delicious though!  #2 I must say Asian/Japanese Pears are not all that they're made out to be.
-Wheat wrap, Brown Rice, Herb Turkey, Olives, Hummus
-Mixed Greens, Tomato, Pistachios, Purple Onion, Shredded Carrot
-Rice Wine Vinegar and Olive Oil
-Japanese Pear
More than Meets the Eye
Simple oatmeal with berries and almonds? I think not! This was a great mix of Vanilla, Cinnamon, and Almond due to the following ingredients. #3 I recruited Almond Milk and Vanilla Rice Protein to mix it up for the first time and am glad I added to the arsenal. It's good to mix up protein sources. Whey, Soy and Hemp are good although not too often (and hemp comes from Canada so that's not very sustainable).
-Oats cooked with Berries/Cinnamon/Vanilla Extract
-Almonds
-Almond Milk, Vanilla Rice Protein
